I gave my maruti swift for 1st free service in TR sawhney Gokulpuri on 30th Jan 2010..
When I gave my car for service it had approx petrol worth Rs 500. When the car was returned to me petrol was zero. The car was taken on saturday morning & returned on Sunday afternoon.
Free pick n drop was given to me. When the car was returned to me it had travelled 35 Kms while distance of service center from my home is 4 kms.
It is clear that the car was used for personal purpose and petrol was also stolen from it.
When I complained about the same in service center customer relation office, they said they are looking into the case and will enquire about it and let me know on the same day. There has been no update on the same and when I call they dont take the call and say "what ever has been done, what can we do in this".
I request customers to say no to service center of TR Sawhney motors. Was this information helpful? |
