[Resolved]  T. R. Sawhney Motors — Neither car insurance nor damage repaired despite receipt of money. Insurance company has declined the claim of damage done to car

It is rather unfortunate that the goo[censored]p created by employees of insurance department of TR Sahwney has placed the reputation of TR Sawhney Motors low in my eyes. I had no fault yet I had to suffer unnecessarily. The insurance premium paid by me though debited from my account immediately, was not paid to ICICI Lombard by it. T R Sawhmey is authorised dealer of Maruti and also does the work as a broker on insurance issues has not fulfilled the job assigned to it in the instant case. I have Insurance policy which was issued under the seal of TR Sawhney Motors and ICICI Lombard on the letter head of Maruti Insurance. There was a minor accident on 9th May, 2017 and some damage to body part but imagine what could have been the consequences of such mistakes. Had there been a fatal accident, casualty or theft of car in that circumstance to whom would company had held responsible ? It was therefore desirable that the damage to car pointed out at the time of handing over of car with RC No.DL3CCA 4710 to Mayapuri Workshop was repaired latest by14th May, 2017.

However, I have been fooled by both the Insurance department and workshop of Mayapuri Branch al these days stating that work is in progress.They said that the car has been repaired after approval from the owner of the company and insurance procedure has also been completed and I can take the car home. When I visited the Mayapuri office on 18 th May, 2017 I was appalled to see that the dent and scratches on left side were as it were at the time of handing over the car. The colour coating done also does not match with the original colour. Now there are two different colours on the body of the car. The insurance policy has also not been renewed.

Thus it could be seen that there is lack of professionalism on the part of Mayapuri Branch. I have right to complain to Maruti Insurance Broking Private Limited, ICICI Lombard, Maruti Suzuki and Ministry of Law. What would be value of the company which has earned reputation on its hard work ? Could they allow it to let the reputation to go down because of those foolish people. Ms. Indu as well as the work shop staff should be appropriately reprimanded.Because of these people I had to extend my leave and could not take important government assigned job in Kashmir.

I request you to resolve the above issues on priority basis under intimation to me.
