T24 Mobile — Complaints not solved

Complain Date. 13 Feb ,2013

Complain closed successfully,

But I received only 10/- instead of total 80/- on 23 Feb ,2013

Then from 5 Weeks, Every Time I called T24, they told that, "Wait for few days, It will absolutely be credited..."

Today on 30 March ,2013 , they told, that One month is over now,

And I will not get those talktime for no fault of me...

Please tell me what is this ?
