This is Sangeeta I have a complaint against balance not recieved
I bought a T24 prepaid connection from Big Bazar, which is situated at [protected]@moti Kanpur (UP). I make my shopping of Rs.2500/- on 30.5.2011and get a talktime of Rs. 70/-, I give the bill slip and coupon slip to T24 recharge counter but more than 1 week my balacne is not credited my mobile T24 prepaid Number which is [protected]. I also registered acomplaint about the same on 07.06.2011. My complaint no. is FG09055474. But still no action has been taken from your side. I have a humble request to you please take appropriate action against it and give me a satisfied resolution.

I bought a T24 prepaid connection from Big Bazar, which is situated at Zirakpur (Punjab) i make my shopping more than Rs.3000/- and get a talktime of Rs. 70/-, I give the bill slip and coupon slip to T24 recharge counter but more than 1 week my balacne is not credited my mobile T24 prepaid Number which is [protected]. yesterday i also make a shopping more than Rs.3000/- and also get a talktime Rs.70/- that amount is also not recieved. whats a problem why are you not giving me credtied on my number. i have a humble request to you please take any action against it and give it to me a satisfied resolution.
