[Resolved] T24 Mobile — Misleading information and no talktime | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a sim card of T24 from big bazaar on 15th June, 2011. Executive promised me Rs. 65 balance on purchase of card of Rs. 30. I have got balance of Rs. 25 only. I logged a complaint to customer care, but they have been misleading and also no action have been taken against it. It has been 21 days since i have filed a complaint to them. I purchased a sim card T24 from big bazaar on 1st Jan, 2011. Later it was deactivated in june, due to insufficient balance, later again i visited big bazaar (old madras road, bangalore ) & replaced sim by paying with new Sim No., the madam geetha told tommorow it will be activated, but didn't get activated & was showing invalid sim, Since i was busy with my official work, i could meet her in person, but called her and reminded her for activation, see told it is activated from our side, but in my mobile it was showing invalid sim, so finally i met her last week with mobile & sim, see told, ur mobile is having problem, so next day again i visited with differnt mobile, then see told ur sim is damaged, I asked her how come it was activated when it was damaged, see told forget it & given new sim, which was activated 2 days back, Now the amount i had in the older sim is not recovered, when i asked her she told that recharge is not possible, then that amount who will pay me, My new sim [protected], so i request you to take action on her & recharge the amount immediately, This people are spoiling the reputation of Big bazaar, hope my amount wil be recharged at the earliest
