[Resolved]  NBT TAMBOLA — no respose to the telephone no. given

i have finished my tambola ticket and no given as 45543900 is not picked up by anyone or is engaged so i want something should be done against it'

NBT TAMBOLA — No response from NBT

We have subscribed to NBT and we have cut all the numbers i.e. full house of Tambola game no 6. we have been trying to contact the given telephone no. repeatedly but there is no response. Will NBT look into the matter and take suitable steps to avoid inconvenience to its readers.

I got all numbers of game-6 but the phone No.i.e.45543900 is not picked by anyone on Saturday i.e.28-6-08.

I think, it is use as a negative publicity for your Paper.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.

i hv also cancelled all the numbers given in the ticket game no.7 of nbt tambola n informed over phone no. given by them on 5th July'08. the attending person cross checked all the numbers from me and agred to my approach. he then noted down all the details e.g.my name, contact details n residential address from me. he assured me that i shall be getting my prize after 21 days and i need not contact to anyone else now and he has filed my claim for the prize. since july month is already over now, im trying hard to contact them but no response coming. im worried and helpless and developing doubts about ethenticity of nbt tambola.how can they befool so openly. please help me in solving this case.

Sir,
I have won the NBT Tambola second prize .On the same day I immediately informed the NBT office in the Phone No: which was given on the TAMBOLA Ticket. The concered person attended the phone and checked all the number which were matching in my ticket and he told me that I shall get the prize in 21 days .

But is is now more than 21 days, I have neither got the prize nor any one in the NBT OFFICE attending the phone no. When we asked from 197 telephone operator why the telephone nu. is not working, she infomed me that the telephone no. is now cancelled.

kindly help me how should I get my price - TAMBOLA SECOND PRIZE. Should I go the the NBT Office to take my prize or they will come to our house and give the prize.

played ur game . when we call u someone recieves it I told him the informations nd he said congratulations aaapka prize aapke ghar pahunch jaayega...! 3-4 weeks main...
bt it hasn't came till now.
sir now we have read ur add in nbt that if any body's prize has not reached plz come in the office nd take it...! but sir now our ticket has been lost ...! so what we have to do???

if we got it i'll inform u ...!

So please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible because i think that it is use as a negative publicity for your paper.

tambola — Phone Line defect

We are subscribed navbharat times daily hindi news paper. Now a days they are running a TAMBOLA Game under the heading as NBT TAMBOLA.
And any person who completes lines or house has to register on their given number. But the number they have provided is constantly replying that number is busy & stay on the line ..but nobody answers that its a not a fare practice in the interest of consumers.

We have got our tambola ticket line completed (Red Ticket WEEK 9 )and since then we are trying to contact them at this number 30813222..it is constantly replying as above but no one is answering it . This schemes seems to be floated just only to get subscriber base larger. But when the time of fulfilling their words these companies do play tricks like this, not answering the phone and when somebody claims later on they will say the time is lapsed.

I have registered my ticket no. in NBT given phone no. they have told me that they will send me a gift within 14 days, but now its being more than that.I use to complaint in there customer support care 30813222 but they said that we forward ur complaint, if they forward my complaint then where was the gift I am the winner of the (9weeks) but till I didn't recived any gift .they give me complaint no . but no one is there to hear me so i unable to do anything then one of my friend told me about this site that will give me fully justice .
Please look into the matter.

[protected] name kezia alexander issued to me 2004 november as a life subcribtion ,under my passport . just to my surprise i found that someone is using the same number.when i talked to him he say that he had got that no. just two months before.The orginal sim is with me and how come a second person has been issued the same no.
