[Resolved]  Tanishq — Cheating the Customer

I have given Diamond ring for servicing and the retail shop is not able to deliver me same at promise date i.e. 27 July 2012 and after visiting to Bhubaneswar Chandrasekharpur Branch many times the retail shop are not delivering my ring or not giving any answer . They are totally doing cheating and looting to customer.
The Customer Service Acknowledge Form CCAF No.BHU1200026 Dated 26/5/2012.
Please take right action so that I can get my ring back from Tanishq.
