Tata AIG Life Insurance — Tata aig call centre

I am receiving call from +[protected] Landline No, from Tata Aig Life insurance company & they are giving bad word on phone.

I just want address of owner of this call centre/DST/Agent to teach him lesson.

I tried calling back but am unable to reach.

Tata-Aig — dont dont dont get any thing from TATA-AIG phone agent

They call and cheat you and you cant help it.. I tell you how it happend with me when i beleived on TATA-AIG phone agent.

I had been cheated twice by some of the executive who called me over my phone, by saying that they are from TATA-AIG.

1. First time I got called from someone named as "Jagdish" and he offered my one of the policy of TATA-AIG by saying that if I take that policy then I will be given one "Holiday Boucher" for nights/4 days stay in five start hotel and 30% free on food. But when I received my booked policy there was no holiday Boucher.
Then I called to customer care then after complaining two times someone called me by introducing himself as "Sales Manager" of TAT-AIG.

Here second cheating starts against me.

He told his name is "Rahul Sinha" with EmployeeID "mch403022" and he called me from number "[protected]"

2. He told that I am calling you since we have received one complaint that you have been given wrong commitment and we feel very sorry since its the prestige issue for TATA-AIG. And more over I have been selected among 15 lucky customers, So TATA-AIG is going to give the holiday Boucher worth of "1 lac 25 thousand rupees". And if I don't want this "Holiday Boucher then I can get Gift cheque of "1 lac 20 thousand". But for that I have to book some dummy policy of around rupees "52 thousand" for which money will be credited back within "seven hours" to my credit cards, which I will be using to book the policy. And policies will be cancelled.

I was not believing him but he projected himself in such a way that I believed on him since I wanted money because I am running short of money. I have got married two months before so I thought I will use Gift Cheque money for my all needs.

This "Sales Manager" gave me his two contact numbers "[protected]" and "[protected]" to call him back in case I get some problem in putting money in my bank account.

Then he transferred the call to some verification department and booked my policy. After booking the policy immediately he called me back and told that thanks for booking the policies So your both the policies will be cancelled and money will come back to my credit cards.

And he told then within 48 hours I will receive my Gift Boucher and he gave Boucher id to me i.e "46589" to give it to "Blue-Dart courier" person who will handover the Boucher to me. Then only I will be given the Boucher .

Believe me or not I was very happy and delighted to know all this things. And every moment I was waiting for that "Gift Boucher"

But when even within one day I didn't get my money back to my credit cards then I had doubt. And called to customer care then they listen me and told that it was some wrong commitment to me because TATA-AIG doesn't have any this sort of lucky draw facility and told me that they will get back to me in this regards. And said as usual "sorry".

But you wont believe that I became very very very upset. I went so down and depressed after coming to know that I have been cheated again was feeling very insecure I had spent almost 52000 Rs that too on credit of bank.

Then after two days some one called based on my placed complaint and told that they will cancel my booked policy and refund the money. But till now I haven't got my money back on my credit card. Till it comes back to my credit card I am bound to pay huge interest for the credited money.

Now you decide that how come a person from TATA-AIG can do this to me or even many people like me? It disturbs the peace of life. I am amazed that how come "TATA-AIG" executive can come to know about my placed complaint and can cheat me based on that?

This is really disgusting. I feel so sorry on security issue of best insurance company named as "TATA-AIG"

Well hope it shouldn't get repeated. And if TATA-AIG higher officer are reading it then they should do something for all these wrong commitment to save the innocent customers.

My name is Abdul Hameed AND I AM FROM HYDERBAD, I HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEM FROM TATA AIG INSURANCE PEOPLE, DAILY I RECEIVED 8 TO 15 CALLS IN DAY TIME, AND EVERY TIME I REMIND HIM OR HER DONT CALL ON THIS NUMBER, BUT THEY DONT CARE OF MY WORDS AND CONTINEOUSLY CALL ME, PLEASE PASS A MESSAGE TO MANAGER WHO IS INCHARGE OF THIS CALL CENTRE, IF I AGAIN CALL RECEIVED FROM YOUR SIDE, WHAT EVER I HAVE POLICIES OF YOUR COMPANY I WILL SURRENDER YOU.

hi, i am agent with tata aig and resigned from there but they are not giving my noc. even i dont know whether they have forwarded my resignation or not. i have lost my icard and have write to them i dont h ave i card. with these excuse they have lingered me for last 5 month .what to do
