[Resolved] Tata AIG Life Insurance — Customer Service | |||
I have a Tata Aig mediclaim policy(C[protected]. I have had this policy since 4 months. Today was the 1st time i tried calling the customer service number. It was a nightmare. I was on hold for 15mins after which a representative attended me to inform that if had reached the general insurance department. i was then transferred to the life insurance department where i was on hold for another 7-8 mins. Finally a lady attended me. I gave her my policy number only to realise that their systems were down and they cant provide any information. I was bitten by a dog an hour ago and i just wanted to know if getting injected would be covered under the policy. Now i have no other option to get injected at my own cost since i cant wait for the infection to take its effect. Was this information helpful? | |||

My policy no C[protected] applied for register for login but I have not received the mail for my activation of registration I am not sure that I put my email I'd is correct or not how can I check it or modify the email if for register for login.please advise me at micky.[protected]@gmail.com it is my correct id
