Impossible i left kolkata and i was travelling the device also taken when i was not present....And how i dont know the line was activated. Do you have any proof that i asked to activate where as i never did and infact mailed you twice to temporary disconnect .

When i send a mail to temporary disconnect and even called your service for the same so the line was disconnected soon so your device was with me so this means for your device i need to pay 1158.58/-mind blowing.......great service....

Hi,
Below is my temporary disconnection email which was sent November last year. As i was out station for about six month i wanted a temporary disconnection,however i was using Tata Photon while travelling. Now that i have come back i came to know thtaafter one month only the device was taken away by the reps.
Now i called the Tata Broadband Customer Service to reconnect they are saying that they do not have any of account details . I want somebody to get back to me as soon as possible.
If this is not taken seriously i would to be taking this to the higher authority.
