Everyday I am writing you...I got 2 TATA broadband connections but every day I am facing frequent disconnections....When I try to contact call center most of the time I get busy tone.. what the hell is this? I am not at all satisfied with the service. I am your customer from last 8-9 months but I never faced such a rubbish service from TATA ...Now I have decided that either you give better service or I will surely shift to BSNL now...this is my 8-9th email to you ...I have all the answers from your side as well there is only commitment done..I am planning to send this case to TRAI now...I can't understand how can you take responsibilities too easily...My account numbers are as follows...plz send your representatives as early as possible...or you can send your representatives to collect your modems..I don't want your esteemed service....
