Hi, I lost my TATA card on July 02, 09 and I logged a compliant against the lost card. I have requested the customer care executive to block the card. The executive confirmed me that the card got blocked.
Now I have received a due statement from TATA card for august month which is showing transactions in august month. I am wondering how come a transactions processed from a blocked credit card. I have sent a compliant mail on this to tata card email id customer.[protected]@tatacard.com but till date no response from them. Was this information helpful? |
