[Resolved]  Tata Concorde — NEW VEHICLE DELIVERED WITH MAJOR PROBLEMS

I recently purchased fiat punto 1.3 MJD from TATA CONCORD ABMATTUR CHENNAI.
I had lot of problems in booking initially and then the delivery.My service advisor was MR.MURUGESHAN.Initially after down payment of 3 lac he gave me one engine number later after two days he call me and changed the engine number of the vehicle that would be deliverd. This is where I suspected some fraud is going on and I called him up he said some problem with earlier vehicle that is why he changed to another vehicle. But he lied and actually he gave a vehicle or changed to some problemetic vehicle. Especially if you an outsider to chennai they will take undue advantage to push vehicle that is problematic.

Now after the vehicle was delivered I took the delivery there were lot of delays in delivery and the car too was delviered unclean without cleaning the interiors things were out of hand I had already payed the entier amount, registeration over etc. This service advisor did'nt even allow me to ride the vehicle before it went to registeration he said registeration should complete and then you can take test drive. I agreed.Now this vehicle has these problems.

1.Suspension noise. shocks noise when gets over the bump.
2.Whole steering assembly is shaking while driving.
3.wobling, vibration,pulling etc.

I reported to the dealer and gave the car for repair. They did'nt fix it and witheld the car for 7 days I gave up and got the car back.when I checked the car new scracthes were made.I am right now driving a car that is unstable on the road. Ambattur Dealer is least bothered .

I feel all my money put into the drain. I dont know what to do. All my attempts to repari the car with fiat and TATA CONCORD have gone futile.I regret for buying this car. I take n off from office on loss of pay running around to get the car back in form with dealer CMIL ambattur chennai. spent my money time and nothing I could do about that.Dealer agrees this could be an exception.

Be informed not to get into this trap there are other good cars available in the market you dont want to sufer this way as result of buying car.TATA service is just worst than I have seen ever because I have own hyundai car as well.
