non delivery of new vehicle & demanding excess money

I have purchased tata nexon xe. The deal has finalised with rs 7, 61000/ with exchange of old vehicle. On 21st nov.2018 i paid rs. 11000/- then paid cash rs. 188000/. On 28th nov i have given rs. 362000/ & rs. 200000/ cheque respectively. But still the date they have not given me the delivery of my new car because they are demanding excess money. So i am very harassed with this. I couldn't understand why they are doing this. Is this the way...

I recently purchased fiat punto 1.3 MJD from TATA CONCORD ABMATTUR CHENNAI.
I had lot of problems in booking initially and then the delivery.My service advisor was MR.MURUGESHAN.Initially after down payment of 3 lac he gave me one engine number later after two days he call me and changed the engine number of the vehicle that would be deliverd.
