Dear Sir,
I was using HSBC credit card for a while which I lost few months back.The same I requested to bank to close which they did immediately.
There was an outstanding amount and late fee charges.I paid the outstanding amount and requested bank to revert the late fee charges.They readily agreed to waive and mentioned that this would reflect in next month statement.
After that I never received any statement from bank.
Instead they started spiralling penalty/late fee charges and sending messages to my mobile.
Now only those charges(no actual spending)...even after card closure have grown to 7250/-.
Please consider my application and provide a solution for this as it is creating Harrashment and nuicance to me.

Tata Consultancy Services — Credit card not received
I have applied for the credit card 10 -15 days back through executive and submit all my documents as per the requirement like PAN card, Salary slip, Passport copy for Residance proof and Driving Licence.As per his word " you will receive ur card with in a week " But till the time I have not received the credit card as well as any information regarding the same. Please check and send to my office address mentioned in the form.
