[Resolved]  Tata Consultancy Services — MTNL POOR SERVICE

I have CA No. : [protected], Phone No.27055430 having Bill-[protected] for July month.. I am trying to pay bill by Credit card in mtnl web site but this link is not working since last 2 month as I have tried both the times. I have already escalate last month but no body responds. Due to worst service by MTNL and poor customer care response, we have already harassed. They are so careless that they will not responds on mail and on phone as well.I am paying huge amount with service tax every month to MTNL. Please do the needful and take strict action on MTNL and confirm whether this link will work or not otherwise hide this link to pay bill by Credit Card.
