[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / 3G Data Card — Additional charges | |||
Hi, I have been using tata DOCOMO 3G datacard/dongel on a plan of 1000 Rental and 5GB free download. I was surprised to see that in my July month Bill I have an additional amout of 3675 Rs as 2G data charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I call the customer support they say that When ever the connection enters the 2G area, all data usage will be charged for me above the 3G charges. Irony is you pay for 3g , use 2G because of the network being not available and get additionally charged!!!!!!!! how this is justified to any customer????????????????? it is surprised that I have not received any clarification on my complaint as your commitment date of 15th sep. 2011.
My connection is not active as I am not ready to pay anymore money to TATA docomo till you resolve this issue. Hope all the users know this that you provide 3G service by in places where you do not have your 3G network you provide inferior 2G service and changed meRs: 3675/ for it!!!
can you give me any solution on the same?????
