TATA DOCOMO 3G — Wrong Info from Care,cost me losing 720 MB usage
i have recharged my mobile for 3G service by rs.751 for 2GB,30 days validity on 7th oct2011.My validity ends on 5th nov2011,as on this date i was left with 720MB unused.i called customer care,he suggested me to go for a recharge of Rs.90 "for 100MB,30 days validity plan and told me that my unused 720MB of previous month will be carry forwarded in this and after recharge i can use 100MB+720MB=820MB for next 30 days.i went to docomo outlet(frazer town,bangalore).i confirmed the same from the person sitting there(Ms.Salvy).she confirmed me the same and done my recharge,but after recharge my leftover 720MB was lapsed and i'll get only 100MB.Now,all the CCA,the one in the store and the one on the phone is telling,"sir we can't do anything,why u recharged".It is such a un professional behaviour from them,and i can't expect this from such a big brand.
Now,i wanted that either 720MB will be credited to my account or some other compensation would be given by the company.
please do the needful.

When will be Tata DoCoMo 3G service launched in Hyderabad? If it is already launched can you give the details? I am very much interested in 3G service and want to take one as soon as possible.
