Tata Docomo — [protected] : GPRS balance is deducting wrongly.

Sir,

i am from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I had done an Online recharge of Rs.98 for which
i should be given a GPRS balance of 5GB according to your plans shown in your website during the time of Recharge. But when I
check my GPRS balance after recharging at 7:59 PM in 5 Septemper 2012, i
get only about 2.5 GB of GPRS balance in my account. When I complaint Customer care about this, he says thier plans has been changed and now they are giving 2.5 GB of data instead of 5 GB.
My point is if your plans are changed , then the correct information should be updated in your website for customers who are doing online recharge . In website , you are showing to give 5 GB of Data and after recharging you are giving 2.5 GB, it is cheating with your customers. So please give me the correct GPRS balance as described in your website on the date of recharge.I have also attached an image of your plans on 7 September, (i.e 2 days after I recharged). Please do some justified decision, Other wise i have one more option of going to consumer court for this.

this complaint has been solved and tata docomo has refunded me half amount on my core balance .Please remove this complaint from my account. Thanks and regards.

Sir,
i had registered a complaint through email with an docket number PSMR12016981 on 05-09-12 and your side ensure to resolved this problem on 13-09-12.But Still today, the problem is not solved .
Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible

there is no response from your side till now dated at 24 september, 2012. therefore I am complaining to nodal officer of Tata docomo. and if he too did not make any response, i will complaint to nodal appeallate. And if he also refuses to solve this problem then I will go to complaint in TRAI against this company named as TATA DOCOMO.
