I have applied for number portability on 10 Nov 2012 but Docomo people didn’t processed my request. When I contact customer care they told me to go to Docomo office. So, as per their direction I went to Docomo head office near to Forum mall but instead of taking this process they are telling that we are not responsible. Manager and staff member were telling that airtel is not leaving you. So, we can't do any thing. Try to fill application again. My question is if I will fill application again then how airtel will leave me. Customer is responsible only to fill the form. And I am not uneducated that they will make any kind of excuse and will impose everything to airtel. Even though I went to airtel office they there is no pending work from airtel side. We have process your request already. I have already submitted my document with mentioning unique porting id is AX191267 which will expire on 25th Nov. Where I will go no one is not taking any responsibility. Manager and staff member are just spoiling my time sending me here and there. Even when they checked the record they havent my application also, neither in rejection list nor in acceptation list. What protocol should I follow? I know this mail will not go to higher management to take stick action against them who are not doing their job properly. But I hope someday will come for miracle. Was this information helpful? |
