[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — about cancellation of postpaid number

dear sir,
i have an tatadocomo postpaid connection with account no[protected],with the name of JAYALAKSHMI,my problem is that we gave an complaint to tatadocomo executive to keep my number for cancellation,and i have cleared the balance and i requested many times to keep cancellation,but there is no response from them and after these many days they didn't kept any cancellation.and again new bill generated and when i contacted to them with this reason they are telling that there is server down.so please help me,and instruct to them to keep my number for cancellation.
