[Resolved] Tata Docomo — about poor service | |||
I have a pre-paid card of tata docomo. whenever i could recharged my mob. after 2 to 3 hour the message come on my mob that i have subscribed to some type of service like LKD or something. and after that i found my balance was less.They can charge me 10 rs, 20 rs. means always i recharged 30 rs on my mob no. They cut my balance about 20 rs behind the name of subscription of some service. and i noticed that before subscription they don't send me a message of service; then how it is possible that i subscribe the service. It is bad. they automatically activate the services on my mob after when i the recharged my mob no. they give useless service to customer. They could not connect call of customer to customer care when i had a problem like above. so please help me for my problem. i very upset and angree for this reason. Regards, Sneha Gonbare.
