I am a customer of Tata Docomo. My mobile No. is [protected] (Bangalore-Karnataka). It is very difficult to contact their customer care. This company has activated a Parde ke peeche pack and deducted Rs.30/- from my balance. I received their message yesterday - 17.8.12. This they have done without my consent. They have automatically activated the pack. I have not activated this pack. I could not get their customer care to deactivate this pack. Could you help me to get back my balance ?
