I am a Tata photon customer and very much disappointed with the after-sales services TATA is providing.
I am getting "ERROR678: Remote computer did not respond." while trying to connecting internet using Tata photon+
I had lodged my complaint#[protected], 21 May. I got no response from Tata Tel.
Again got escalated the same with complaint Docket#[protected] on 28 May.
After having passed 10 days I haven't received any resolution from Tata Tel.
I have made at least 25 calls and few emails to to your customer care but every time I get same standard response that technical team is working on it
and the issue will be resolved in 24 Hours.
I am not able to understand the reason behind this kind of pathetic customer services from Tata Teleservices.
