[Resolved] Tata Docomo — asking extra money | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you I have been tortured every day by Tata Docomo service provider of asking the payment of 9017rs( last usage monthly bill). As I had using the plan unlimited 899 plan along with the internet plan 1GB for 190rs(only for one month) and after somedays I requested for deactivation of my number because of their very poor network. Now I have been charged for using the internet of less than 1 GB for an amount of 9017rs . Actually it should be free for me upto 1GB. No one from Docomo informed me about the extra charge of internet usage. I did not received get any notification on this via message or call. And it Looks like there is a confusion in the account number, where I can see a different account number mentioned in the attachments. However I have paid 1775rs for the rental charge along with the internet charge in the account[protected] and this was my last bill. Different account numbers under name are:[protected] and[protected] PS: I wrote also to appellate and they are helpless to respond to me regarding the extra account[protected] created under my name. Thanks to consumer court who helped me on this. I got the reply from a appellate officer and they confirmed they credited the amount. Need to check on that.

Be in my place and see this issue. I was a good customer for Tata docomo who paid all monthly bills. I have disconnected the number in the middle of the month of January 2013 and it doesn’t mean I have to pay the internet usage for the whole month where I have opted for 1 GB internet usage for 190rs and it means I can use for a month or less. Please generate a genuine bill and send it to me( it should be as below).
Rental: 899
Data Usage Charges: 190
Service Tax @12%
Educational Cess @ 2%

Till today, I haven't received the correct bill from the service provider and moreover they have started to send the same reminder information by post now. They have stopped sending reminder on my mobile and email.
