[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Changing Tariff plan | |||
I am using Docomo Since Jan 11, 2010. Last time on 21, Apr 2011 i have recharged with RS. 24 in which is for :- Local and STD Tata to Tata at 1p/6secs for 30 days. Yesterday that validity has expired, then today at 6.30 pm i recharge Rs. 24 through online, in website of tata docomo they have mentioned (Local and STD Tata to Tata at 1p/6secs for 30 days) as i have attached screen shot. I have called a Docomo STD number then it charged me 1p/2secs. When i called to customer care they are telling the tariff plan for Rs. 24 has changed. and then putting me hold for 30 min. For this reason i am loosing money. Could you please help me ? Was this information helpful? | |||
