[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Postpaid service not disconnected even after 6 months and still being billed | |||
I had a Tata Docomo postpaid connection [protected]. I disconnected this service on 12 April 2011 after paying a bill of Rs. 1582. I received two calls asking me why I am disconnecting the service also. My outgoing calls were barred on the day. I was told it will be fully disconnected in 3 days. Now after 6 months, today I received a mail telling that I have payment due. I contacted the customer care and came to know my service is still active and I have to pay the bills. They don't have records of disconnection request, no interaction details, no last outgoing call status. Now I am asked to visit a Tata Docomo office and pay the money and get the service disconnected if I want. My current contact number: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also facing a problem like this.I have paid bill for disconnect my post paid card.But they didnt have disconnect my connection.they have stop all the service from my card.But still i am getting bill at every month.I have also get notice from lawer.My docomo number is [protected]..Please check it.

I have the honor to inform you that i submit my documents to got tatadocomo postpaid i didnt recive any sim but the monthly billing is coming to my mail .
So, pls re-issue i need my documents back im select docomo number [protected]. send the documents to my mailling address or my email id. my mobile num -[protected]
