[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cancellation of the service is made practically not possible in this organization | |||
I subscribe to the 3G data card service of the Tata Docomo. The services are not proper. The coverage is very bad. Based on this I requested for the cancellation of the services. Then they mentioned that you have to pay the outstanding bill and we will cancel your services. I paid the same and requested for the confirmation letter on the cancellation of the services letter. The representative at the Tata Docomo sales office in the Audugodi road have mentioned that people will call you regarding the reason for cancellation, once you give the information, they will cancel the connection and they will give the cancellation letter also. Later they sent the next month bill and they are asking me to pay that bill also. When I refuse to pay the bill they are sending some legal notice on the same. This is nothing but cheating of the subscribers in this way. Also it is black mailing the subscribers and gaining the money in this way. I had a good opinion on the Tata organization that they are doing the business in ethical way. But this incidence put me in to the understanding that they are also falling in the same line as other cheating companies list. I am regularly paying my other land line, mobile bills correctly. I have informed this to the representatives also that this you are cheating in this way and you are not closing my account inspite of my request for cancellation in the month of Nov,11. This is total harassment of the genuine consumer and the complete negligence of the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
