[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Plan is not as per what was told | |||
I have recharged with RC 48 plan in tata docomo as per which i was suppose to get 1 gb of data with 30 days validity, this was told by the Tata Docomo Customer care to me on 11th May 2011, after that only i went and recharged. After recharging i saw validity for only 21 days for this plan. I raised a complaint and got a reference number PRRG09431115. Today i got a call back from back end department and they are telling validity has been changed and it will be 21 days. When customer care is itself giving misleading information then who should be responsible for this. I request you to give full 30 days validity or else i will be left with no option other than opting out of Tata Docomo network. Was this information helpful? | |||
