[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Disconnect | |||
NEVER buy TATA DOCOMO I bought a TATA Docomo 3G USB device and SIM card connection Bangalore, on 22nd may 2011. It worked for around one week and then the connection was barred as the address verification was done by the TATA Docomo staff in that week.After next week they dis continue my connection. During the next week I repeatedly e-mailed TATA Docomo as reminders to reinstate my connection. However, It never got re-connected. In the following weeks I kept on calling and e-mailing TATA Docomo staff (Customer Care, Karnataka head office, local retail seller, etc etc ...) for connection. I have all the documents regarding my e-mails and telephonic conversations with TATA Docomo staff. Now, I want to launch a serious complaint against TATA Docomo against harassing me for a prolonged time that has resulted in serious set-back in my work performance in my office. Please disconnect my broadband i dont want to use it any further. I have to pay for net which i was not being using which is totally unacceptable. Now i just want to get rid of this connection.
