i used tata docomo online recharging facility but my bank a/c is dedited of Rs -50 but my mobile is not recharged .my mobile no is [protected] and my transsaction id is IG44886705 ON 19th march,2011 Was this information helpful? | |||

SUB :- COMPLAINT FROM DEMO SIM NO. [protected] FOR INCORRECT RECHARGE INADVERTENTLY.
KINDLY REFER MY COMPLAINT NO. 1851212 DATED 13.07.2011 ON YOUR HELP DESK MOB NO. 52202. THE AMOUNTS OF RS. 150 & RS. 101 WERE WRONGLY RECHARGED TO MOB NO. [protected] INSTEAD OF [protected] VIDE TRANSACTION ID [protected] & [protected] AT 18: 51 & 18:53 ON 12.07.2011.RESPECTIVELY.
COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED THREE TIME WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT AMOUNT OF RS. 150 WAS NOT REVERTED BACK AS CREDIT TO MY DEMO SIM FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. ON THE PLEA THAT AFTER 24 HOURS COMPLAINT CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY COMPLAINT WAS WITHIN TIME & NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY YOUR HELP DESK. IF NO REPLY RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS ACTION AS PER LAW OF THE LAND TO RECOVER THE AMOUNT WILL BE TAKEN AS IT IS COMMISSION IF AMOUNT RECHARGE FOR MORE THAN 6000.
