last week i have recharge 50 Rs then i have doign some call then my balance 35 and i use tata zone ok and tata zone detals is i have type DATA AND SEND 12524 AND I HAVE RECEIVE 1 MESSAGE THIS MESSAGE IS LAST 5 DATA usage;tmidia-brew Rs3.3, tmedia-brewRs6, source-icharge, Rs1, source-ichargeRs1(and my call details is only 4 calls ) and i am not doign any msg ok your execuitve is very aneducated specially Mr. NAVEEN, MANISH, RAVI THESE GUYS DISCONECT MY CALL AND BARRED MY CUSTOMER CARE I WANT PLEASE RETURN MY BLANCE I THINK YOUR SERVIES IS VERY POOR AND I AM NOT HAPPY YOUR SERVICES LAST 1 WEEK I HAVE CALL DIFFERENT DIFFRNET NO THESE NO IS [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], THESE NO YOUR EXECUTIVE DOIGN BARRED AND I HAVE CALL ONLY 1 TIME PLS RETUEN MY BALANCE THEN I WILL MARK THE YOUR COMPLAINT TRI DID YOU KNOW WHO IS TRI AND PLS IMPROVE YOUR COMPANY SOFTWARE THANKS TATA

Tata customer care — False information.
Hi,Just want to bring the incedent in notice. On 30 th june I found that my sevice (ph # [protected]) has been bard due an invalid reason. I called the customer care the resolution I got was I need to change the hand set as thre is some problem with the set (GSM deactivated). They told me this is the only solution for the problem I can't use the same hand set which I was using. So I bought the new Samsug hand set and but there was no help, I still got the same problem. I again called the customer care then thay told me I would have to reach to there shop the get activated the SIM.
I really don't understad where was the problem, whether is with the SIM or Hand set. I am really upset that am carriying two hand set. If am facing the same problem with the new hand set that means the SIM could be activiated with the old hand set also.
Requesting you all to look into the matter. Otherwise I would reach to cunsumer cout to file a suite against the customer care for the cumpensation or for the amount which I have waisted to purchase the new hand set.
Just check the conversation happened with the tell # [protected] with customer care.
