[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cancellation | |
I took a connection from tata docomo in bangalore ([protected]) and cancelled it in the month of october 2011. The cancellation request was given to the tata docomo office in calicut in writing. Thereafter I received bills in the month of november and december for which I made an initial complaint in the month of january. In the month of january I made at least 20 calls to the customer care department of the company without receiving any kind of proper response from them. All the time the customer care department personal made promises of callback and redresses of the complaint without any result. I requested for a written acknowledgement from the company that the account has been cancelled in october and that no bills is spending in the account. There has been total inefficiency from the part of the company and their customer care department. I have not received a single callback from the company till date regarding the issue. I would suggest to all prospective customers not to take the services of tata docomo Was this information helpful? | |

vetve cancelled my tataphoton connection few months ago .they have send me a notice for non payment.i got the same yesterday and paid the aMt OnLine But didnot get any update.Kindly do the necessary my no Is [protected].

My Docomo internet number[protected], I have cancelled this connection few months back, still they are levying charges and demanding to settle. When I approached Secundrabad head office, they are demand to pay the amount of Rs1800/- and closing will be done in one week, last time they did same thing and still charges are levied.
Even after payment of rs 1800/-
Still there is no response and I fear they might do the same fraud of not canceling the connection and putting forth additional charges.. Plz take necessary action
