Last month november 26th i had pay all the balance amount Rs.1263/- with my debit card and i had recieved sms Hi, Thank you for the payment of Rs. 1263 for your Tata Account No[protected]. Your service have been restored. This is my last payment details then this month december 4th i had checked my unbilled amount using *121# and i recieved the sms Hi, approx.Net unbilled amt is Rs.41.2 ( excludes rents) then why my out going call is barred.

i i m using this number([protected]) from last 2 month, suddenly I it became barred , when spoke with customer care they told me due to unavailable of proper document it became barred. But before doing such type of nonsense ! from u side u should intimate me, how much problem I face I kow,Your service is absolutely HOPELESS, Even u r Customer care service is pathetic , The executive is don’t how to talk, even u ask any query they are not providing proper information ,they thinking we are Fool.
Even I submitted my all document in chetepet office on 28 july 2011, after submission the person who receive my doc ,she told me with in 3 hour your service going to activate ( Ref .no :[protected]. I could understood why u making people fool
