[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — call barring activated

Hello,

I am using TATA DOCOMO sim (NO : +91 [protected]), and my outgoing calls are barred. I talked with customer care representative and he said that your outgoing service is shown activated in our system but i am not able to make calls. so please give me proper solution to make this service deactivate as soon as possible.

Now i am able to make call from my tata docomo sim, and call barred service is successfully deactivated.
I am satisfied with tata docomo service and quick support.

Hi,

i am using docomo number [protected] which is in barring. I called customer care, they said that my barring status is in active in my mobile and told me to deactivate. I did it but i still have that problem. If i don't attend the call, just use my alternative number which is [protected].

I talked with customer care representative and went to DOCOMO office in Trivandrum. They said that your outgoing service is shown activated in our system, but i am not able to make calls. So please do the needful.

My phone was working fine till yesterday evening and suddenly I am not able to make any calls or receive any calls from anyone and also my internet pack is not working .I am extremely disappointed because I have not activated any call barring service still it has happened .My number is [protected] .Please suggest what should I do ? I am deeply disappointed .
