Sir,I Sitanshu shekhar mustafi,port my phone no [protected],from uninor to tata docomo 7-8 days ago,but when I contact customer care at 121 and press 9 to speak to executive,it says to hold and the call got disconnected.At 198,when I press 9,it says to hold and then tells to hold and then tells that I have dialled a wrong number,at 12525 ,after pressing 9 it tells that this facility is not available for me,at 52222 about latest offer it tells that to check the no I have dialed. I was able to contact executive I told the problem,he told to wait for sometime,"it is a technical fault", but it is 5-6th days,I am still facing the problem.As I am a new customer of tata docomo,I don't know the offers and schemes,so its necessary to contact with customer care,but till now no messege from docomo about offers etc. my alternate phone no [protected],please contact as soon as possible.
