[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo CDMA — Balance deduction even after Tata 2 Tata free recharge

I have recharged with 59 RCV on 16th jan 2013 for getting tata2tata free calling for 1 month. 3 days are spent but i m not getting the benefit of the voucher. My balance is deducted on every tata2tata outgoing call. I have called customer care so many times but the problem is not resolved.

Please help..

docomo cdma — recharge not done but amount deducted

my account has been deducted amount rupees 150 for two times but recharge was not sucesful. please do the needful.
