[Resolved] Tata Docomo — charging beyond credit limit | |||
I am using tata docomo services. My credit limit is 1500 rs and I got the bill of 3448 rs. This is highly surprising. If my credit limit was set to 1500 rs it means I am agreeing to pay only 1500 rs and not afford to exceed amount more than that. And generally if one crosses the credit limit, automatically incoming and outgoing is barred. This process is with all service providers and also with tata docomo. But in my case I am charged 3448 rs which is more than double of credit limit.If I had crossed my credit limit, my calls would have been barred, but in my case I am allowed to make the calls and how without any information my credit limit is exceeded and why am I suppose to pay such a huge bill. I am using tata’s service considering tata’s companies follow ethics and people oriented and not to cheat people. I am ready to pay only 1500 rs which is my credit limit. Please help me to get justice. I am not ready to pay 3448 which is cheating and customer exploitation. I am not paying the bill of 2624 which is more than double of my credit limit and without any information provided to me. SIR, HERE I WOULD LIKE BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT TELECOM COMPANY DOCOMO HAS BEEN DEDUCTED TWICE CHARGES OF THE SAME SERVICE WITHIN TWO MINUTES THAT IS INTERNET.......COMPANY HAS SENT PROMOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR INTERNET SERVICES WHICH I HAVE WRONGLY PUT OK.......RS60/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY AND INTERNET VALIDITY FOR 30 DAYS...AFTER TWO MINUTES SAME MESSAGES CAME AND WHEN I WAS GOING TO DELETE THE MESSAGE WRONGLY I HAVE PUT THE OK BUTTON INSTEAD OF DELETE.. THE COMPANY HAS DEDUCTED AGAIN RS.60/- FOR SAME SERVICE...
WHEN I HAVE TALKED TO MR. RISHI AND HIS TEAM LEADER MR. DINESH THAT THEY CLEARLY TOLD US NEITHER WE COULD INCREASE THE VALIDITY AGAINST DEDUCTED AMOUNT NOR WE HAVE RETURN THE AMOUNT..
HERE I M REQUESTED THAT KINDLY TAKE THE NECESSARY STEP AGAINST THE COMPANY LIKE DOCOMO.
