Tata Docomo — charging wrong amount | |||
sir i had purchased tata docomo postpaid plan in the month of august as per commited plan of rs 199 but en i got the bill the rental as charged is 299 as i had complaints to the call centre they had gien me tat of 15 days but not resoled repeatadely i had given complaints but the issue was not solved at the end i had gien complaints to their site but then also they had not soled the issue even i'm getting the bills which is around 1500 rs but want to resolve the issue my mobile no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
