My number is [protected], my problem is: DOCOMO call center team is specialist in escalating problems, they know how to escape with customer problems, they always tell me I am in multiple plans but I am not, I am getting 40 paisa per minute for local DoCoMo calls is it justice to me? per call I am getting 10 rupees who is responsible ? they are telling priority based we are cutting the charges on which priority based? if you choose any plan which I did even by mistake they are 43 and 36 both priorities have 10 paisa per plan customer care persons try to confuse me for escape, when I stand on points they be silent and postponed by problems many times I am getting charged 40 paisa per minute for on net DOCOMO to DOCOMO local calls. ON January I did recharge of 43 rupees special plan and it got expired in 60days on 2nd April 2013 I did recharged of 36 special recharge to get DOCOMO to DOCOMO local 10paisa But, DOCOMO charging me 40paisa per minute for local calls Docomo to DoCoMo please don't try to convince me with fake reasons. Please solve my problem I should get DoCoMo to DoCoMo 10paisa legally NOTE: my problem is DOCOMO TO DOCOMO 40paisa per minute even I did special recharge of 36Rupees mostly, I speak to DoCoMo to DoCoMo Try to solve my problem 10paisa per minute should come for on net calls otherwise suggest me any other networks to change my sim Was this information helpful? | |||
