Tata Docomo — Complaint number[protected].

The story is like this: I had take a Tata photon with number[protected].

After using the connection for about 5 days I saw that the connectivity speed promised was very low then what I was getting, So i made a complain which never got resolved. So after long wait and frustration finally I decided to lets get rid of this connection.

So by that time your collection agency "minakshi enterprises" called me for my over due payment, I asked the agent to also settle my account as I dont want to use this photon connection any more.

So on the fateful day of 07, Sep. 2012 I made a payment of Rs 2300 in cash and also asked the collection guy to settle my account and stop it .He promised to me that it will be done and he will sent me a settlement letter for the same which he did.

Note that I had e-mailed this settlement letter to your complaint department n number of times but never got any reply.

But to my dismay I kept getting mails and phone from you guys asking for furture payments , Every time i use to tell them that boss my account is settle and i have the settlement letter with me. So they say ok sir no problem.


But in this month I got a call from your another agency stating that either you make payment or we will take you to court. They are threatening language against me every time.

I am really feed up and angry that when i have made payment and closed my account via a settlement letter from agency appointed by you then why should i be threaten with court.

So i had decided its enough and i raised a complaint with you guys with reference number[protected]. But when your guys from the complaint department called they kept on repeating the stupid thing that sir you have not closed this account with don't have any request from your side for the same.

See my point is I had done my part by making the payment to your hired agency and also taken a settlement letter from them , But if your appointed agency did not do their task of closing the account it is not my mistake. It is the mistake of your hired agency and they should be penalized for the same not me.

But your complaint department girl didn't understand my point she said sir I can only give you a discount of RS 500.

Are you kidding me for a connection that i have settled in sep 2012 and used only for a month Why will i make more payments, why should i pay for the mistake from your agency guys.

After finishing the call i get an sms stating that your issue has been resolved, how it is resolved do you guys decide that the issue is resolved or i decide that the issue is resolved. From my side the issue is not resolved.

I want that I should not be sent any more bills and my account be closed with reference to the settlement letter I have given. If you cant do that then I will decide my future course of action because you guys have frustrated me a lot and caused lot of harassment.

Kindly note that i have send these email to the concern department n number of times but in vain.

We tried to speak to you personally on your number [protected] to understand your concerns regarding the billing issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.

Hence, we would like to inform you that your Photon device is disconnected on 04-MAR-13 due to nonpayment and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 3856 in your account and there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your usage and rentals and request you to clear the same ASAP.
