Dear Sir,
We have been using 10 postpaid tata docomo numbers and regularly paying bills. We had requested for conversion to prepaid for all numbers and were asked to submit documents at the nearest outlet which we did and were informed it will be done by 29th Dec as the documents had been submitted on 26th Dec as asked by them. We have all the trail mails sent and received from them. Now the customer care has stopped responding mails sent to them and we cant connect to the helpline as it gets disconnected. Our postpaid numbers are [protected] to [protected]. Our alternate contact nos are [protected].
Please advise further action.
