[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Converting from prepaid connection to postpaid | |||
Hi Team, My name is parimala i am working in ITPL whitefield, i took an postpaid connection with Tatadocomo who visited our premises on 27th Oct-2012, i paid them 300Rs. on 27th Oct-2012. to change from prepaid connection to postpaid as i tried to contect the customer care there is no response from there end. Still now none of them bothered to call me and return my money. Convert from prepaid to postpaid. as this is pending from long time. Please help Me.
