[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Court Case filed for no reason | |||
Hi, I am Suguna Dewan. I had an internet broadband connection in Pune a few months back and wanted to change the plan. The agent who was working for Tata Docomo for our society told us that we will have to change the connection altogether to change the plan. So we changed the connection and plan. But we were not getting the desired speed which was mentioned in the plan. So we asked him to disconnect the new plan and continue with the old plan. He told us not to pay for the new connection. We did not even use it for a single day. Then Tata Docomo people used to call us and tell us to pay and I always used to give them that agent's number. I had also sent a mail to Tata Docomo to disconnect the connection. But they did not cancel it for a long time, hence the bill was generated without us using the service. Now I just got a call from Delhi (the person was really rude) saying that I have got a legal notice from Tata Docomo. But I haven't got it because I don't stay in that place anymore. This is a genuine case of negligence from the agent and Tata Docomo. I also sent them a mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and [protected]@tatadocomomarketing.com.
