[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Customer Care — CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WAS WORST | |||
DID NOT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE IN ANY OPTION I am a Tata Docomo User. My No.[protected]. I have to try to contact 16th Sep 2012 8 pm time CUSTOMER CARE for Computerized System Instruction. Instruction for press 9 contact the customer care agent, i have press 9. The computerised answer was you have wrong selection. I have try to 1 and 1 1/2 but did not contact customer care agent. The same answer was repeat. So, Tata docomo service was worst. And I have lot disturb and torture for this response. I have deactivate my Rajini Jokes Was this information helpful? | |||
