Tata Docomo — Cut The balance

Few Days ago...tata docomo cut my 30/- balance from main account for "keeda SMS" ..which was not activate by me....i think i heard that word first time....n when i call to customer care there was no conneting line for me at every time...its means i can't call...them...dont know y .>>.Mo : [protected]

my internet balance last validity date is 14th may 2014 till 12 a.m.,
i am using my internet at 11:40 p.m (Date: 14th may 2014) and company cutted my prepaid account balance 24.Rs.
and after i called at customer care but didn't replied me and cut the call, and right now they didn't give me a chance or talk with customer care executive. so give me a solution what i have to do next ??
