Tata Docomo — deactivate service

automatically.and every 2-3 days deducting money.

Please deactivate love tips service.

I was MNP My Mobile No.[protected] on 11.02.2012, Saturday at 'TATA DOCOMO' Gallery in Mumbai Circle,The Same day i received a UPC Code(UPC Code IM 745149 for Mobile No.[protected]) from there system, on the same day they Committed me 8 Working Day's for activation. After 8 Day's it was Activated But all of Sudden They Deactivated the Both service (i.e. Incoming & Outgoing). i already submits my Proper Documents as per they ask me, in fact these Documents are Submitted By me 3 Times as Per Details Given Below:
1 st time On 11.02.2012
2 nd time On 28.02.2012
3 rd time On 03.3.2012
I Already Follow them Through Gallery, There Customer No. & Through mail System But Still there is No Improvement.

Sir, i will be Very Hope full from Your Side that You will be take a Serious Action or Strong Action as per TRAI Act!
