Tata Docomo — Deactivation of Data Card not accepted | |||
My TATA docomo card no: [protected] I called up TATA docomo Customer Care and informed them to cancel my data card connection in December. They asked me to pay up the bill charges for december month. I did and I also confirmed that I have no due charges pending. I also returned the SIM to the nearest DOCOMO dealer Gandhi Bazaar Bangalore in December itself. Later, They call up in February and ask me to pay up bill charges for January Month. They inform me my cancellation request in December has NOT been considered without telling me why. Now they have given me a legal notice and am getting calls from Delhi High court, to pay up some amount for months which I have not used the data card at all. This is a case of fraud and cheating the customers. I have been using this card from 2011 March and I have been honestly paying the bill charges without fail. Please take this up against TATA docomo.
