[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deducted available balance in one night stating internet usage | |||
Hi, I have been using TATA Docomo prepaid a over a three year . Suddenly one night(24th April, 12PM-7AM) the available balance was deducted and balance 0.0 . This came to my notice during the day of 25 April On contacting the customer care they have told me this will be service activated due to using internet or during service will activated it self during its link.And this was happened to hole month deducted balance many time .no refund any time .It will activated it self even i have deactivated it before.I did not know how will any service is activated itself when using internet even i deactivated it before. There was no response until I called them I don't know how I can respond to this kind of fraud by TATA Docomo. So, I request people planning to switch to TATA DOCOMO, think 100 times before you make a wise decision, and also people who are already subscribers of TATA DOCOMO be wise in checking the available balance/ monthly bill and maybe switching to other safe mobile service providers as portability may be option. Or, you may be a victim of being held responsible for huge amounts if you do not have so much o[censored]sage. Amount in hundreds doesn't matter much to the people but thousands would fraud by TATA Docomo. . Hope people using this forum find it useful. Thanks for Reading.
