[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE IN PREPAID CARD

I HAVE PREPAID NO. OF TATADOCOMO COMPANY THAT IS ( [protected] ). SO MY COMPLAINT IS THAT COMPANY IS ALWAYS CHARGING RS. 20 FROM MY NUMBER AS SWITCHED OFF MY MOBILE & SWITCHED ON & IT`S NOT FOR FIRST TIME THEY ARE DOING THIS SO MANY TIMES. IF CALL TO CUSTMER CARE THEY SAID THAT IHE BALANCE IS DEDUCT FOR INTERNET ACCESS. TODAY ( 20 / 09 / 2013 ) THEY DEDUCT RS. 20 FROM ACCOUNT & AFTER SOMETIME DEDUCT RS. 10 & RIGHT NOW BALANCE IS RS. 81. THEY NEVER GIVE REFUND FOR THIS,IF WE COMPLAINT SO MUCH TIME IF WE CHECK LAST 3 DEDUCTION IN THAT THERE IS NOTHING DETAILS ABOUT DEDUCTIONOF RS 20 .SO IT`S MY REQUEST TO U PLZ SEE TO IT & REVERT US

Tata DoCoMo - DEDUCTION OF BALANCE IN PREPAID NUMBER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

I have Docomo Prepaid Number [protected], I have complaint that the company has deducted Rs 80 without my knowledge. I have called customer car, but they don't have any explanation for this and told me that I should called them within 24 hours, But I don't understand that why someone keep checking balance all the time. Also I never get any message for this deduction. Please look into this and help me.
